How it began
It started with lunch and a casual conversation.

grand idea, sparking the birth of TalentX.ai. The topic
involved a seasoned head of talent acquisition who
shared the challenges of meeting the high expectations
of tech talents when it came to hiring.
Our aim
Anyone who has been involved in talent acquisition
would have had their fair share of such challenges,
particularly in providing the best offer. How does one
find the balance between justifying an offer that attracts
tech talents while also being satisfactory to hiring
companies? That’s the question the co-founders of
TalentX.ai have come together to solve.
