OUR STORY

How it began​

It started with lunch and a casual conversation. A simple catch-up session turned into an unexpected grand idea, sparking the birth of TalentX.ai. The topic involved a seasoned head of talent acquisition who shared the challenges of meeting the high expectations of tech talents when it came to hiring.

Our aim

Anyone who has been involved in talent acquisition would have had their fair share of such challenges, particularly in providing the best offer. How does one find the balance between justifying an offer that attracts tech talents while also being satisfactory to hiring companies? That’s the question the co-founders of TalentX.ai have come together to solve.

The solution​

Their solution? A machine learning program that predicts the probability of offer acceptance. By conducting thorough research while also collaborating with various big names and notable companies, TalentX.ai prides itself as being Asia’s first AI-powered offer management platform, providing companies with the right resources to secure tech talents confidently.

OUR STORY

The TalentX story began in a meetup over lunch – a seasoned talent acquisition leader vented his frustration on high expectations for time to hire tech talent.

Indeed, one of the biggest challenges in talent acquisition is to provide a fact-based answer to justify an offer that is lucrative to attract tech talent and at the same time reasonable to hiring companies. The co-founders of TalentX came together and identified an industrywide solution – a machine learning model to predict the probability of offer acceptance.

After conducting feasibility studies in collaboration with various notable companies, TalentX was founded as an Asia’s first AI-powered offer management platform to enable companies to secure tech talent with confidence.
